Need a ready made platter of award-winning charcuterie? With our sharing platter you can relax and let us do the hard work.

Each platter includes pre-sliced air dried meats & salami the selection may varying depending on availability.

The Small and Large Platters (225 and 450 grams) consists of the majority being air dried meats with some salami within the selection

The Medium Platter (350 grams) consists of the majority being salami with some air dried meats within the selection.

**Air Dried products atmospherically packed in wax paper for added freshness protection in atmospherically packed bags. Use within 21 days. Once opened for best results place in an air tight container.

SMALL PLATTER (225 grams) - Serves 2 to 4 

MEDIUM PLATTER (350 grams) - Serves 4 to 6 

LARGE PLATTER (450 grams) - Serves 5 to 8
