SPECIAL RESERVE HAM

Our 2 year aged Special Reserve Mangalitsa air dried ham has been produced from a 2 year old Mangalitsa pig, hung for up to 18 months to dry. It is a product which is so deliciously simple in meat flavour, with a delicious creamy fat layer. 

INGREDIENTS; PORK, FRESH HERBS, PEPPER, SUGAR, sodium nitrate & sodum nitrite

Pre-sliced and packaged 100 grams (serves 5/6). 21 day shelf life.
