Our pancetta is made using the best cuts of belly from a one year old Mangalitsa pig, dry cured in a complex blend of herbs and spices, cold smoked and then air dried. The resulting flavour is rich and succulent, providing an indulgent alternative to bacon for a variety of dishes from spaghetti carbonara to crowning your roast turkey at Christmas.
