Our pancetta is made using the best cuts of belly from a one year old Manglitsa pig. It is dry cured in a blend of herbs and spices, cold smoked and then air dried to produce a succulent product that is great for a variety of dishes.

Wheat, Dairy & Gluten Free.

100g pre-sliced package 8 weeks shelf life.

500g piece, packaged 40 day shelf life.
