Our back bacon is made from locally sourced traditional breed pigs. We use estate farmed Saddleback loins and dry cure them with only a delicate blend of pepper and herbs to highlight the natural flavour of the pork.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, pepper, herbs, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
