BEAL'S FARM BREAKFAST BOX

Originally we only made bacon for a few local chef friends and to share with fellow stallholders at farmers markets. Word got out and customers demanded a taste too so we made more. Now we've gone a step further and added our succulent Mangalitsa sausages and deliciously aromatic Morcilla to create the ultimate Beal's Farm Breakfast Box.

Contains:

2 x 350g sliced packs of Traditional Breed Back Bacon

2 x 250g sliced packs of Mangalitsa Streaky Bacon

2 x Morcilla, Spanish-style Black Pudding (approx. 250 grams)

1 pack of Mangalitsa Sausages (approx. 600 grams)

Ingredients:

Pork, pork fat, pig blood, herbs, pepper, garlic, spices, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite & culture starter.
