ERIDGE PARK VENISON BOX

This selection beautifully demonstrates the rich flavour and versatility of our incredible local Fallow and Sika deer. Featuring prime fillets, prized by top chefs for carpaccio and tartar, sausages and salami plus a platter of charcuterie to share with friends, it's the perfect showcase for Eridge Park Venison.

Raised with minimal interference, the deer are free to roam, living on a natural diet foraged from the land creating an incredible depth of flavour.

Eridge is the oldest deer park in the country and second only in size to Windsor Great Park. Listed in the Domesday Book of 1086 it was then owned by Bishop Odo of Bayeux, Earl of Kent and half-brother to William the Conqueror. In fact the nobility of England have been enjoying the estate's venison for almost a thousand years so we are privileged to be able to now share it with our customers.

Venison Fillets x 2 (approx. 250g)

Venison Sausages (approx. 600g)

Venison Snacking Salami x 5 (approx. 250g)

Venison Air-dried Ham (sliced, approx. 75g)

Venison Salami (sliced, approx. 35g)

Venison Spicy Chorizo (sliced, approx. 35g)

Ingredients: venison, pork fat, herbs, spices, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite.
