Our whole loins are dry cured with a blend of fresh local herbs, smoked paprika and roasted coriander seeds. It is then slowly air dried resulting in a cut that is leaner with a soft texture to the bite and subtle aromatics that complement the rich Mangalitsa pork flavour.

Ingredients: pork, herbs, spices, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite.
