RAW CUT MANGALITSA HAM - TO BE COOKED AT HOME

Our Mangalitsa Fiocco Hams are cured in exactly the same way as our award-winning air dried range and make a perfect whole cooked ham for your Xmas table.

These rich, dark Fiocco hams can be cooked in your own home to succulent perfection. 

Ingredients: pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite.

Preheat oven to 170C degrees. Cook for approximately 50-60 mins (size dependant) to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and allow to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving, or allow to cool and refrigerate until needed.
