MANGALITSA PORK BOX

Rarely available and highly sort after, Mangalitsa is lauded by top chefs and foodies as the Kobe beef of pork. Our pigs are reared in woodland to the highest welfare standards, enjoying a varied diet supplemented with foraged berries, seeds and acorns. 

Deep in colour from their wild boar heritage, the pork has a seriously decadent amount of monounsaturated fat (the good kind!) adding to the incredible depths of flavour.
