British reared olive-fed Wagyu X beef, cured in the same tried and tested recipe as our hugely popular original pastrami. Rolled in cracked black pepper and roasted coriander seeds before being slow roasted until deliciously rich and succulent. Enjoy generously layered on rye bread with plenty of sweet pickles and mustard.
Ingredients: beef, garlic, herbs, spices, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite.
