Gloriously flavoursome Mangalitsa belly pork streaky bacon from our own herd of outdoor reared rare-breed pigs. Delicious fried or grilled in a sandwich, diced in pasta dishes and stews or draped over a chicken, turkey or pheasant breast to keep them succulent and moist while roasting and to add flavour.

Ingredients: pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
