Our Great Taste award-winning classic pork shoulder, garlic and black pepper salami. Made traditionally using a southern Spanish recipe, it has a satisfying meaty flavour that's made this a favourite with many of the chefs we supply.

Ingredients: pork, garlic, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite & culture starter.
