At Beal's Farm we produce a selection of artisan air dried meats consisting of the best whole cuts such as the neck, the loin and the leg. Each individually boned cut of meat is taken and cured it in its own special mix of fresh herbs and aromatic spices to create its own individual flavour. Once cured the cuts are slow dried for up to five months.
We have a range of 3 air dried meats, our Lomo (pork loin), our award winning Coppa (pork shoulder), and our Air Dried Ham (pork leg).
Beal's Farm traditionally made charcuterie meats make a fantastic cold meat platter for any occasion.
